The person receiving support has a say in what happens and who receives updates. Someone from the Kinship team calls them every month and writes to you about how they are.
Add visits, if they would help.
Agree practical support at home with the person receiving it. A qualified nurse visits and provides support in person. Their own named Kinkeeper reads every visit report and is who you call.
Stay connected, by permission.
Kemi provides WhatsApp check-ins and reminders. Reports and a monthly note stay in one record, shared according to the recipient's consent and permissions. Others can contribute together as one payment, without gaining control or automatic access.

Every plan with visits has a named Kinkeeper: a registered nurse who coordinates from the desk, keeps their history together and reviews every visit report before it reaches you.
