Kinship in Lagos
Lagos is where Kinship Visits happen today: nurses on the ground, a Kinkeeper reviewing every report, and a city-wide hospital network for Kinship Well.
Lagos is where Kinship started delivering care and where the nursing bench is based. If the person you are looking after lives anywhere in Lagos State, both parts of a plan are available: visits at home and health benefits through the hospital network.
The Lagos team is staffed from 08:00 to 20:00 West Africa Time. A non-emergency question raised before 16:00 is answered the same day; after 16:00, by 10:00 the next morning. Emergencies are handled immediately on every plan.
What Kinship does here
Kinship Visits across Lagos
Qualified nurses visit at home, one, two or four times a month, for up to three hours: a check-in, company, or being alongside the member at an appointment anywhere in the city.
A hospital network across the city
Kinship Well benefits are used through the provider's Lagos hospital network. Members get the list and the full benefit schedule when they enrol.
A named Kinkeeper
A Kinkeeper is a registered nurse who does not do the visiting: she reviews every visit report before the family sees it, signs it off, and is the person the family knows by name.
Same-day response
Every plan gets a same-day answer on non-emergency questions raised before 16:00. Well+ adds a same-day human response as standard on anything the member raises. In an emergency, call local emergency services first; the Kinkeeper helps with what follows.
How it starts
- 1
Tell us where in Lagos
Get early access and give us the member's area. Visit scheduling is planned around the city, so the area helps us say when a first visit can happen.
- 2
Meet the Kinkeeper
The member is introduced to their Kinkeeper by name and phone before the first visit.
- 3
Visits and updates begin
The first visit is a getting-to-know-you visit. Every visit after that is written up and reviewed before the family reads it.
What it costs
- Kinship Well from £39 a month. Well and Well+ include the same health benefits; the price reflects the member's age.
- Kinship Visits from £60 a month for one visit, with two or four a month available.
- Both together from £99 a month. A free Kinship account stands on its own.
Full prices and the plan builder are on the Kinship Plan page.
