One, two or four visits a month, up to three hours each, by a qualified nurse. Company and conversation count as much as a check on how they are eating, sleeping and moving.
A named Kinkeeper
A Kinkeeper comes with Kinship Visits: a named, desk-based registered nurse who reads every visit report and is who the family calls. Updates follow the person's consent and permissions. She is the one who sees the pattern across visits, not just one afternoon.
Their shared record
Reviewed visit reports and a monthly note alongside their history and medicines, shared according to their consent and permissions.
Kemi check-ins between visits
WhatsApp check-ins and reminders for medicines and appointments, passing anything worrying to the Kinship team.

What it costs
- Kinship Plan £20 a month when billed monthly: the Kinship care team, Kemi on WhatsApp and a record shared according to the person's consent and permissions.
- Kinship Visits add £40, £75 or £140 a month for 1, 2 or 4 visits per month when billed monthly.

Questions people ask
Will they feel watched?
Visits are shaped around what they want that day. Many members simply like the company. Nothing is reported to the family that the member has not agreed to share.
How often should visits be?
Choose 1, 2 or 4 visits per month with the person receiving support. We will confirm the visit details and availability before you agree to anything.
Can the visit include a trip to the hospital or the market?
Yes, within the three hours. Being alongside them at an appointment is one of the most common uses of a visit.
Do I have to be family?
No. Anyone can set up and chip in to a plan for someone they care about. The member agrees, and the plan is theirs.
