Will they feel watched?
Visits are shaped around what they want that day. Many members simply like the company. Nothing is reported to the family that the member has not agreed to share.
How often should visits be?
Most families start with one or two a month and change the rhythm once they see the updates. You can change it at any time.
Can the visit include a trip to the hospital or the market?
Yes, within the three hours. Being alongside them at an appointment is one of the most common uses of a visit.
Do I have to be family?
No. Anyone can set up and chip in to a plan for someone they care about. The member agrees, and the plan is in their name.
